saying i am your friend is one of the things i will always be so proud of expressing. to the three people who made every day feel bearable when i was deeply struggling, i will always miss you. my ming mang mang sahur, my fellow betlogz, mga halimaw na laging nagpapatawa sa'kin—we've never changed, have we?

thank you for being the reason i was able to endure high school. from here on out, i don’t think i will ever see you grow up the way i used to—but it's sweet because i know, somewhere in my heart, kayo pa rin ang pahinga ko, the same way you were a few years ago.

i see the girl who was excited to graduate elementary in the eyes of you, who will receive your senior diploma, and the best of the awards—i think i will see her in everyone, and every time i do, i will feel a little more grateful that i have a reason to be so sad.

so for now, hanggang sa dulo ng ating walang hanggan, love and miss you always.
