Do not vent to me without asking. a few people are excluded from this, that being said, I need you to ask always, my mental health is bad and I often can't handle people venting without warning.

I am mentally unwell & cannot cope with some topics, such as sucicide, threatening sucicide, any self-harm, eating disorders and generally any kind of abuse. I will listen and often deflect / joke when these topics are brought up. Thinking about them seriously, wether in referal to myself, or others I am close with, is just something I can't handle, as I have struggled with all the mentioned topics & they are extremely triggering to me.
