people that are close enough to interact w me when i have dniuc/dniuvc sometimes you're not really that close i just tolerate you enough to interact with me, though to achieve that you still have to be at least slightly closer than some of my other friends/not some guy i have on my friends list/actually dms me at times/i actually dm at times

the dni only applies to dms, if i message in a server don't hesitate to reply. if you NEED to dm me because of something important and you're not any of the ppl listed above, make it quick.
