- our body is physically disabled by chronic migraines, hemiplegic migraines/migraines with aura, constant headaches, noise sensitivity, and photosensitivity, so please put warnings for loud noises/eyestrain/flashing lights
- we experience chronic pain and fatigue so it will make it harder to interact online
- we are very mentally ill and can be unstable so keep that in mind when interacting
- due to our amnesia and dissociation we often ghost or forget people without realizing so do not take that personally. we would prefer if friends check up with us when they can to prevent that
- please use tonetags if we ask for them cuz its hard for us to understand tone through text sometimes
- we say reclaimable slurs and sometimes use kms/kys jokes (we wont use them if we are told not to!)
- our host has a prnspage but other alters dont share info about themselves publicly unless we share it personally. if you find info on other alters urself then idc its there for a reason

- treat each alter like their own person and not like characters or things to rp with
- dont flirt/petname/make sexual jokes towards us unless u are closer with us or we initiate first
- dont vent to us in dms unless close or we say its ok after asking and no traumadumping without warning
