as of right now, i am the main person handling fluffle/markbox reclaims.

i am on hiatus due to family emergencies! (however i still tend to handle some stuff)

reclaims are processed once a week on fridays, and if your claim is accepted and you have additional claims, those will be denied.

due to the vast uptick in reclaims, requests that are seen as invalid are processed asap, so that you may have another chance with the knowledge gained from it.

please refer to our official guidelines on how to format a valid claim, i am just the messenger, do not shoot me
