if your commission goes unanswered/fulfilled in over 40 days, you will become eligible to a refund if requested.
if you are unhappy with the content you have received, please request a refund!
if an emergency/personal reason comes up during the process of fulfilling the commission, please provide a valid reason to refund and we will refund you!

please make your payment UP FRONT once you've gotten/received confirmation of your purchase. all prices and shop are listed on my ko-fi
once you've bought a commission, we trust that you as the consumer will remain patient within the 40 day period for your commission.
if you do not want your story/fanfiction to be shared to our squidworld, please include that in your purchase. we use our stories/commissions to further our career in writing but we respect the commissioner's privacy!
similarly to that, any writing purchased and given to the customer belongs to the customer(AND WRITER) after the exchange. please do not use it for commercial or resale usage.
