because i get a lot of questions around my identity, lesboy, i have made this link to therefore answer commonly asked questions.
— how are you a lesbian and a boy?
quite simply, i am not! i am transitioning masculinely, and i am bigender (girl + masculine). i am not a boy.
— why do you use lesboy then?
lesboy is to refer to masculine identified lesbians, such as he/him, butch, transmasc, multigender & many other lesbians! the "boy" isnt literal! i find my masculine identity is a direct result of my lesbian identity, it cannot be separated.
— why not use a 'less problematic' term?
just because you do not understand a term being used properly, does not mean i have to change the term im using. i am using a term in its original meaning.
