• theyre pretty much a "servant" of nightmare and are essentially his right hand man
• the staff on their back ( that you cant rlly see ) is their weapon ; it functions similarly to inks paintbrush but creates concepts rather than physical objects.
• theyre not like. the player / any pre - existing human character , theyre their own person and are completely separated from all of them ; they barely interact with humans in gen too

backstory :

( forgive me for my bad grammar and storytelling im a lazy bum and dont feel like putting any effort into this shit )

terror was a ( relatively ) average kid until being kidnapped and held hostage as bait by nightmare ( for literally no reason in particular , he just grabbed a random kid i guess lol ?? ). the star sanses managed to free them and eventually they grew close with terror and after a certain point , let them join their group. ink gifted terror a magical staff that functioned similar to his paintbrush for self defense ( already mentioned how the staff works ) , which nightmare found interest in. after some manipulation , he convinced terror to leave the stars and work for him , to where he used terror as a weapon to spread negativity while under his control.

after maybe a year or two ish ?? , while traversing through aus , terror was fatally stabbed in the heart by undynes spear in the midst of a genocide run. after a while , nightmare found them dead and used the magic from their staff to revive them. this reawakening , for unknown plot purposes , made them stronger and removed any upper limits their staff previously had , to the point where they were stronger than nightmare could ever be. after that , terror stayed by nightmares' side , even well after they broke free from his manipulation.

• theres not much to add on here Um. theyre very mischievous and hedonistic like , think of the collector from toh but more evil or something ?? they also lost their humanity after being brought back to life
• sometimes they will do good just for the fun of it but will also blow up a city in the same breath so at BEST , theyre morally grey. at worst , theyre a genuinely disgusting person
• additionally the best way i can describe their staffs magic is like. looney toon logic. if you get what i mean.
• i dont know why the hell theyre wearing a whole fucking chestplate with no arm and leg protection #btw i mustve been on something 5 years ago designing this oc in my head
• also their real name isnt even terror they just named themself that post revival. their "real name" is my deadname so no one gets to know it 🤫🤫
